hello
i accidentally found out that the following code open's microB with a different "view": browser -f --view box instead of "box" you can also type "tab" or "win" it's buggy though. |

WOW, that'd be cool, if we had that as a settings choice, OR activate it with a shortcut key combo

Re: N900 microB: 3 alternative views
well... i filled in the code in a QueenBee widget and made a button out of it. when i pushed the button it opened microB, but i noticed that everything on my desktop stopped reacting when tapping.
i tried it twice. you can also add to the code : --url <your url here> microB opens with the specified url |

keyboard shortcuts would rock.

isn't there a guide on how to create shortcuts int he app menu somewhere in the forum?

Re: N900 microB: 3 alternative views
Is there a way to "lock" the left and right edges of the browser? Apps like Photos and Notes (and others like Witter, etc) don't let you use the kinetics to 'pull' the screen left and right beyond the border. The browser SHOULD do that if the page is bigger than the screen, but not otherwise (same circumstances that would bring up a scroll bar). Probably my only real complaint with MicroB.

Re: N900 microB: 3 alternative views
what happens if you try to launch it with a different layout when there is already one open?
