got stuck again (nitdroid)
Hey guys,
i partitioned my 4 gb memcard for nitdroid autoinstaller, but something in between went wrong and i had to quit.. now i want to have my mem card stock fresh, so that i can start again. In windows it shows only 2 gb, and 1.64 gb of unpartitioned space. I think that would be in the ext3 format... I want to clear this partition and format in fat32 so that i can start the process freshly again. But because ext3 is not windows supported, i cant do it in windows... so somebdy pls tell me a command in xterm to clear all partitions in mem card... i cant find anywhere...pls help |
Re: Command for unpartitioning mem card
You can format the memory card in the phone itself.
Go to file manager. long tap on the SD card and format.. or mkfs.vfat F -32 /dev/mmcblk1 be careful which is memorycard and which is internal memory. you can check this by doing leafpad /etc/fstab sometimes you gotta change the command to mmcblk0 |
Re: Command for unpartitioning mem card
will this remove all the partitions also?
