Please see Bug Report 5982.
Sadly, Nokia is not really fast with Bug fixing... Edit: Ah, and please don't forget. The Bug tracker is not a forum. Please vote only for the Report if you have the problem, too and avoid any kind of "mee too" posts. |

theres a known problem with cases that incorporate magnet, so if yours does, getting another case is the answer.

There is a simple app that locks the screen right after its been unlocked by the incoming call. Its called "call-locker" in app manager and its in Extras Devel.

Re: Way off stopping my N900 Answering a call when i try and open the case.
Please double check if Extras Devel is correctly added ( http://wiki.maemo.org/Extras#Extras-devel ) and activated. Then launch the app manager and choose download->all and then type "lock" that worked for me. If this still doesn't work: Download and install rootsh with the app manager and afterwards open x terminal from main menu and
type: "sudo gainroot" then press enter type: "apt-get install call-locker" then press enter again type: "Y" and press enter again Don't type the quotation marks in though! |
