I propose to carry fping Maemo 5.

Am I only interested in me or more people interested?

Often I have to check the active IP network.

Should be in devel in half an hour or so, depending on the importer

Having some difficulty getting fping to work.... no matter will keep trying (does not appear even from the CLI and with no error). To complete the record I will note that the app "Network Tools" has a gui ping function.
