[REQUEST] Pulse For N900
 

Hey all,

Im hoping some great coder out there has the time to look at this, tje Pulse RSS app for iPhone would be brilliant to have on N900. All we have at the moment are RSS feed apps that just show a text link etc, It would be great to get this on the device.

http://www.picsick.com/ is a web version of Flipboard for example, really only a picture viewer but actually works well on N900, something like this or Pulse would be so cool.

So come on lads, who's up for it.

Its not open source, there is nothing to look at.

Well of course, but im talking about a new app based on this, I dont mean it lock stock, Pulse is the basis, with N900 abilities it should be possible and also improve on

IMO, it looks nice but its just eye candy, like most things apple. I Cant see a use case where it would be faster or more helpful than ReadingIt, or even osso-rss-reader (stock maemo one).
Theres no technical reason it couldnt be done though. QT is very capable. You need to find a developer that thinks the bling factor is worth the time (lots of)

its the bling and eye candy that sells a phone, proof is in the pudding, that why N900 is not as main stream as iPhone, not cause its linux or geeky.

There are no bling N900 apps, name one and ill stand corrected

Personally I'am happy that N900 is like a handy powerful tool, not like a blink but incapable something as a lot of devices which are present on the market.

its more than powerful enough to be both, it has the same processor as the 3GS for example.
