I need a app, so that i can write a SMS and send it later and so i can writing another one. Thanks.

hmmm, I searched apt and there is no at command scheduler package available, which would have been my first choice(at + dbus command to send sms)

Is there a scheduler which executes a specified command at a specified time? Alarmd, or alarmed, or alarmtool...

There is SMSsend to send SMS from command line.

And, SMSbomb might be able to do what you want, without a scheduler (be careful, though).

Shapeshifter wrote a gui for alarmd configuration (alarmed) and alarmd can schedule arbitrary commands e.g. Smssend.

Also, since alarmed is python, modifying it to do exacly what you're looking for instead.of general purpose might be practical.
