Glossary Request
Hello everyone ! I recently purchased an N900 and have been reading from this site now for about a year. I have been using a mixture of Linux, BSD and Win machines in my home for quite a few years for my home network (servers etc.). I am familiar with many terms used in Linux, but am having a hard time understanding a lot of the abbreviations used throughout this site and the lack of description of precisely what some things like programs, scripts, etc. actually do. For example : Queen BeeCon Widget - what is it, and what can it be used for exactly ? There is no real answer here for things like this unless you already know or use it. Thanks, maybe things can be clarified a bit as to their actual purpose and function when posting.
