Hmm, kinda nice idea! I like'm too:)
Perhaps you could try playing Raptor or Flying Tigers with Dosbox emulator.
They're not as bullet hell like Touhou or something, but you'll have something to play with:D

Nope. Just a bunch of emulators and older games. Hope you liked the 80's and 90's.

there is a lite-bullet hell as Doom, rise of the triade, open area (quake3), duke nukem and that sort of games available

EDITED : just saw Raptor and flying tigers didn't know that u meant these games i thought u meant shoot'em up :)
theres noiz2sa and powermanga...you can also emulate any game like that you know
