Is it posiible to run maemo on hp ipaq 214?
If yes, how i can do this?

don't think maemo's been ported to many (if any) devices that's not Nokia-based. You're best bet is for Mer, but that hasn't been ported and is actually been "unofficially" canceled so they can become porters of MeeGo.

FYI, you still might be able to get Mer on the iPaq since it was ported to the HTC Tilt (TyTn II/Kaiser) ... the best phone of its time. See if you can nag the original developers from XDA-devs. (Good luck) I failed to nag them to release their work for the HTC Touch Pro, which would've been a great Maemophone next to the N900.
