Python/Mplayer - help needed
I have successfully built Pexpect for my N900, and it lets me do stuff in Python the simple way: Xterm.
Currently i am making a script to work as an alarm-clock for dizzy people, so that it only turns off when you do an arithmetic question correctly. Meanwhile, it plays music in a separate process/Mplayer. These are my current problems: 1: I am going to add this script to Alarmed so that they work like the normal alarm does, kinda. However, how can i make it pop up as a terminal and use it? 2: How can i make Python do multi-processing? When Mplayer plays the song, Python waits for it to finish, not to proceed, so what do i do with that? I want it to be a script that only needs to be executed itself, and the rest is done by it. Also, in the future, i might make it into PyQt. I just need to make the basic logics of the script first. |
