hello,
the standard calender is too big in the desktop and i dont need all that i just wanna know name of the day and the date..check out the huge not needed calender

thanks D4rKlar and Marlon but these widgets also didn't show the expected
i found one called multi-language calender its 7 MB but seems good

If you just want the day and date, use QBW, you can make a very small, discreet little widget that just says, for example, Wednesday 20 October.
