[Asking Nokia or Game Devs] With the ease of transporting WebOS games, Why not make official Ports?
With the ease of transporting WebOS games, Why not make official Ports?
I am willing to pay for an official Maemo/ QT/ n900 version of any of the games people have been porting over from WebOS. I'm just curious as to why hasn't someone official thought of this already, or at least stated why it can't be done. Just asking.. |

Cost.
Cost porting game over outweights the profit that would be gained from doing so. |

EA and Gameloft will do it for MeeGo. Maemo isn't worth their trouble anymore sadly.

Just one thing you said though makes me wonder.... Quote:
:o Uhmm, I hope you don't work for EA... :D |

- customer unsatisfaction - bad for their public image (omg look at that terrible game they put out) And no I don't work for EA...but I am planning on applying for a job in the gaming industry.. based on this one careers at company site I found. Though it would require a relocation to the West Coast if I ever got the job. |
