delete certificate
how I can delete a certificate.
I have imported a certificate in the certificate manager but it seems there is noway to delete from there. If anybody knows how we can delete it. it is much appreciated. Regards Waddah |
Re: delete certificate
If you select the certificate and then tap the "Select purpose" button, there's a delete option - I've not tested as to whether that deletes the certificate altogether or not though.

Maybe a bug should be filed for the issue. At a quick glance, I wasn't able to find anything related in Bugzilla. |
Re: delete certificate
You shouldn't need to delete expired certificates (they should be ignored automatically), though I can see why you'd want to. I'd expect the pre-installed certificates to be getting updated via package updates, though it doesn't come as a surprise that Nokia have failed to do so.

Anyway, this concerns not only the expired certificates. Some certificates can be removed and others not - even valid ones. Maybe this isn't exactly a bug, but quite weird behaviour anyway... |

Re: delete certificate
A delete button would be suer useful. Just incase you accidently add a certificate/exeption/trust & then one day you have trouble with the authentication with the server & there aint no way of over riding the SSL.
Like me **Cough** Wooops. |
