So you're asking if something like that exists for maemo, or asking if people want something like that?
Only thing I've seen is NetMon, it's slow and crashes though, and my sim card renames the other networks to "WIND Away" so I don't even know what they are. Lame.

Netmon I know, here would would like the author of this program to ask to expand its possibilities how much it probably as though. To add Neighbors (channels or Cell ID) in 3G bearing, scramblingcode, EcNo and much is possible still that probably
