Demoting packages from testing
 

I promoted a version of Auto-Complete Editor into extras-testing some time ago. After a short while it became obvious that there were still major issues with that version so, following the documentation, I voted down the package in order to demote/remove it. This apparently hasn't worked though, as the package is still available in extras-testing. Is the documentation incorrect (and if so, any ideas on how to get it removed?) or is this a bug?

I don't on what basis the wiki document is written but it has never been possible to remove anything from extras-testing. Thumbing down only removes the package from testing list.
