Where to download correct VMX meamo sdk environment
 

Hello,

I downloaded the image from here http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/maemo-d...-downloads.php extracted it but there is no vmx file just vhd.

Where can i get the correct image from please?

I think you have to download first a virtual machine,becuase those are the only one who can read .vmx file so you have to choose from these:
-VMWare Player
-QEMU
-VirtualBox

and also check this website:

Thank, I have vmware installed as mentioned when extracted there is no .vmx file it's a vhd file which i believe is for Microsoft virtual PC so it wont work with vmware

I believe the vhd is just the disk image, but VMWare should be able to use it fine. Think you just need to create a linux 32bit profile and attach the disk to it. It's been quite a while since I used VMware but it is supposed to be supported. It does work fine with VirtualBox though as I recently did a similar set-up.
