Yea even my 5 years old phone can send picture without things like mms. And it's through txt messaging. Why can't a smartphone do that? Ohh you have to have 3G!!! It's ret***ed.

not really. it may seem to you it's "through txt messaging", but technically it has to be MMS. always. - i know there are phones that don't even show the word "MMS" anywhere in their user interfaces; you simply select "text message" and attach an image. my SE does that. but that's just the user interface. as soon as there's an image, it's sent as MMS.
