Manually copy from n900 contacts and calendar
 

Hi,

Starting from yesterday my nokia n900 shows error: unable to send or recieve new messages.Device storage full.Remove data to free memory.

I found post regarding this error and I will reflash device, my question is about other issue:

All my contacts, bookmarks, calendar records dissapeard so i cannot backup them.

I think te data has not been lost and I just should manually copy data files but I do not know where maemo stores them.

Why I think so? Cause the same is with the meda player. I cannot see the media files via it, but they are still there, I see them via "Files" app.

Could you please help with step by step instructions.Thanks.

This wiki page http://wiki.maemo.org/Manual_backup_and_restore tells you where
can find the files where maemo stores contacts, bookmarks, ...
And what to do if you want to make backup.
