i have checked using software updater and update from phone.
but new update not coming up.

help please?

check and make sure you have the repositories enabled and updated

Your on vodafone firmware, there is no update for you yet.

You can flash your device to global PR1.3 firmware and join the rest of us though ;)

Use power search to search the term 'updating' and follow the first result.

Do a backup of your data with the backup app and copy off the contents of you MyDocs folder which will contain downloads, music etc...

Then follow the instructions here

I would just use Nokia Software Updater with a computer to update the phone.

That won't work to change firmware variants though, and as there's no new firmware for the variant he's using, it'll just reflash with the firmware he already has.

People with Vodafone Firmware have reported being able to download the new 1.3 firmware but only via Nokia software uploader via their PC I belive its 20.2010.36.2.205.1
