Easy way to suggest threads to be moved, please?
 

I would like to have somthing like a on-hover dropdown hierarchical list of forum sections on each thread to make it easy to suggest a thread to be moved to a different section of the forum. It could work with votes, after a given thread has been suggested to be moved to an specific forum section more than N times then automaticly move it, meanwhile, show a discrete list of the current votes inside the thread somewhere if people wanna know the current status.

It's important that the original poster be notified if a thread is moved; otherwise the poster might not be able to find the responses.

Surely that's what the 'Report This' function is for.

If people don't use that when it's at the top of every post, what are the chances of people using a drop down list that's only once every thread?
