Is there a way to remove/disable 125MHz frequency?
So just like many ppl, I too have the problem of the min freq dropping from 250 to 125 after a phonecall...
So i was wondering if i can disable the 125 freq so the phone is forced to use 250 as the min freq??! |
Re: Is there a way to remove/disable 125MHz frequency?
Im overclocking from xterm. if you have kernel power, kernel settings and roots installed then just open xterm type:
sudo gainroot kernel-config limits 250-"value you want" example im using kernel-config limits 125-1100 so it scales between that. |
Re: Is there a way to remove/disable 125MHz frequency?
Yeah i know that but and i do use the commant
Kernel-config limits 250 850 But heres the problem after a phonecall, the min freq drops to 125 from 250 and then i have to reset it again!!! |
Re: Is there a way to remove/disable 125MHz frequency?
I have Queen Beecon Widget set to have two shortcuts on home-screen; one for "Stock" (re-booted to default settings and saved as "stock") and one for "gaming" which is 1GHz max (only used temporarily)
This means that after a phonecall, I can just tap the "Stock" button and it's back to normal... |
Re: Is there a way to remove/disable 125MHz frequency?
Use this to set avoid frequencies In this case for avoiding 125.
echo 125000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/avoid_frequencies |
