Telepathy connection manager installation
 

Can anyone tell me how to install a telepathy connection manager?
I've modified the vicar telepathy connection manager and modified its service, manager and profile files correctly (I hope).

It seems that copying those files to their appropriate locations is not enough. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?
