hildon-desktop and hildon-home restarting every second - n900 crash after some minutes
 

hi

i've installed mobilehotspot on my device.

enhanced kernel was installed long before... and up to date.

after install of hotspot i've tried it, but it wont work proper.
so i deside to reboot.

afert reboot all icons, widgets, shortcuts ar gone! blank background. provider name blink (cuz home is restarting every 2-5sec)

100% cpu useage.

after uninstalling mobile and reboot, same!
after uninstalling enhance kernel, same!

killall hildon-desktop wont help out of the restart loop :(

what can i do to get my n900 back T_T

you can backup and reflash ^^

Install the enhance kernel again .
It might fix it.
Use X-Terminal ; Ctrl-Shift-X

i've installed it again, reboot and same -.-

i cant backup, cuz the time is to short! backup takes up to 5min... reboot after 2-4 e.g ;)

but i try it!
only thing is reflash :( fubar

Start the phone, open xterm (ctrl + shift + x) and type 'top' (without ' ').

Press ctrl + shift + p a couple of times to take a few screen shots and then post them up here.

Might be able to sort it without re-flashing.

flash wasnt that good -.-

it worked, n900 now reflashed. but the problem is stronger then before! now it keeps rebooting each minute.
If usb isconnected, reboot is stopped.

i will now flesh mmc and emmc! hope this will do it :(
