Gameboy Micro as N900 controller?

I have had this idea of using my son's Gameboy Micro as a controller for my N900. It's small enough to carry around, and I have the Wifi adapter (rare). I'm not a linux programmer but I would be willing to give it a shot. I just haven't come across anything on the web that describes getting linux on a gameboy advance. Anybody have any thoughts or ideas, please post here!

You would need a GBA flash cart at least, and see if someone has written an app to make the GBA appear as a controller over wi-fi, then need a similar app on the N900 to receive the commands from the GBA app. Unlikely to happen, in my opinion.

This one?

Game Boy micro Wireless Adapter

I don't believe it speaks 802.11a/b/g/n or even bluetooth, instead using a short range proprietary protocol. The N900 would have no way of communicating with it.
