Prague - arrived
 

To those whom care:

My wife and I have arrived in Prague. I was very happy to see that our little apartment is equipped w/ internet access - for free! It is attached to the institute where I am working. I have been trying to share the connection through my PC using its wireless card. Just as about a year ago - it works for a few minutes then stops. It says it's connected, but it really isn't. The same happens with my wife's iBook. I guess I need to find a router at some point.

Thank you to everyone that wrote to me about what to bring/buy etc... It was very helpful!

All is well otherwise, and I hope to start paying attention to ITT more in the future. Moving to Europe for a year is not a small task it turns out... but well worth it. Prague, so far, is a fabulous place to be. I just wish this hot weather would move along...
