Alarm Clock slowing down bit by bit

Hey guys! I was wondering, has anyone else had this problem that alarm clock starts very slowly. I noticed it saves every alarm you set, so this might cause the problem. Is there a solution to this? Maybe someone could tell me how to remove old set alarms.

I only have four alarms & havent had any issues.
To remove old alarms, view the alarm list in clocks & alarms, tap on the one you want to delete. A window will pop up allowing you to edit the alarm. On the right, there is a delete button - press it & the alarm is gone.

Thanks, but I have hundreds if not a thousand old alarms. Is there any faster way?
