installed battery eye and it looks like mountain ranges high(80%) then low (20%)?
 

is this normal , or can someone tell me what MAH and MV, mean and what its telling me?

mAh is the capacity of the battery, mV is millivolt - a unit of potential equal to one thousandth of a volt

but the meters in the phone is not very good if you ask me.
i made a drainage test on the original nokia battery and here are some numbers to go by: (capacity by voltage)

100% = 4.23V (4230mV)
90% = 4.08V (4080mV)
80% = 3.99V (3990mV)
70% = 3.91V (3910mV)
60% = 3.85V (3850mV)
50% = 3.80V (3800mV)
40% = 3.76V (3760mV)
30% = 3.73V (3730mV)
20% = 3.70V (3700mV)
10% = 3.65V (3650mV)
5% = 3.59V (3600mV)
0% = 3.30V (3300mV)

for now my numbers are only 2 digits, next test will be 3 digits for even more detail + a QBW script that shows the remaining % or mAh
The 10% to 0% is accurate, it really goes that fast for the last 10% and thats why i included 5%

so what should i be looking for ? what is more important mah or mv , and when should i be concern , say if i have huge spikes, what does a spike in a battery mean , ? could it be that some app is taking all my juice ?

a big spike indicates high battery usage, like high CPU load or high transmit power like using mobile hotspot...

But if you want to know the REAL capacity of your battery go by mV / V and look to the % by mV i just posted.

I would like to point-out that installing battery eye increased my offline idle-current draw from 2-3 mA to 13-14 mA.

This means this application is using considerable cpu resources and hence battery power. I reccomend using it only when you need it.

Sounds terribly much like a bad battery to me. (I just got myself my third one.)

In any case, both graphs should drop pretty gracefully, with spikes correlating with your use. If it really just drops from 80% to 20% in a matter of minutes ( or less than an hour, for that matter), I'd definitely go shopping for a new battery.
