confused with the app as using it first time .
so please can any one help regarding the use of this application ?

It is used for modifying the color/patterns of the RGB led.
So you can make it blink red for SMS, green for missed call and so on.

What he means is he is confused on how to use it... Even I am confused don't know what the labels are there for... In short I don't know how to configure it

How to use?
Umm..
Pick the function that you want the colour changed.
Click on the coloured ball. Change. Done.
Don't mess with the fancy PWM (pulse width modulation).
After you click a function, it will open. Press TEST.
Click coloured ball, change colour, click test. Click SAVE.
Very easy. Just screw around with it. It can't do any VICIOUS damaged that a system reflash (;) ) can't cure!
