hi guys, as title, how to forward an email not as attachment but like reply with text in email?

There's no official way. I think only another email client will resolve your problem. Try for eg. Claws-Mail.

I usually hit reply, select all, copy, then compose a new one and paste.

Other than that, it's broken. Use a replacement, as cjp suggested.

I usually just click replay, remove Re: and add Fw:
After that I change recivers adress.
Now you got a message that looks like its been forwarded.
Quite easy.
