how do i check what is wrong ,?
 

when i updated the phone with pr 1.3 , my video and internet was crisp , now it stutters and get off full screen and downloads te same thing again . also while i watching something and pauses and for 5 sec it starts all over again but this time its smooth with no problems .

i don't kow how to use x teminal but i am willing to try , thats why i got this phone in the first place.

so my question where do i start to look and what do i need to do . step by step please .
