pyqt menus
Hi,
I'm working on a PyQt application, radiotimetogo. The application has two main windows. It starts up with a search window to allow the user to search internet radio stations. Then the 2nd window allows the user to browse the search results. The 1st window has no menu, the 2nd window has two menu items. While going through extras-testing, a comment was made that the 1st window had an empty menu. So I found and removed the empty menu. The downward pointing arrow went away on the first window and I thought all was good. Until I pressed the title bar and the 2nd window menu popped up while the 1st window was active. On windows and mac, the menu only appears on the 2nd window. I tried it without stacked windows and it still occurred. Any thoughts on how to avoid this? thanks, Frank |
Re: pyqt menus
Never mind sort of, I needed an About menu anyway to show the version.
