N900 not updating OM weather on WiFi 3g Ok
 

Hi
Am at a friends house. Can connect to his wifi ok. Browsing web ok but the Om weather applet will not update. Connect to 3g and updates fine.
Does n900 use a strange port for this which could be blocked by the router firewall?

You could try Foreca, although that doesn't really fix the problem, it just avoids it.

I have a similar problem, but mine does not update at all, not GSM or wifi.

I get http error.

same here... allways get timeout.

Did you check your settings? Interval chosen and connection type checked.

Foreca stopped updating for me a couple of days ago. Now only timeouts updating.

yesterday it gets new data!
now om has the next days on display.

dono why this takes 3 days :(

timeout-setting is 4h on wifi.

My omweather has been timing out for the past two weeks. Has it officially bit-rotted? That'd suck :(

Check date and time in your device.
