Help: Transferring N95 notes to N900

Hi, I recently got my N900 and I've been trying to get used to it by importing as many things as I could from my old phone. Two things did not transfer easily... SMS and my Notes from the old phone. I can do without my old messages but the notes were a bit more important.

Is there a way to transfer the notes from the N95 to the N900?

Thanks in advance,
Haris F

Bumping this topic with a modified question.
I got the notes from the N95 in a .txt format, but I need a nice and easy way to view them in the new phone.

Looking through the file manager for them is a hassle.

I had the same problem. Im assuming that you are taking about Calendar Notes. I used the switch application to transfer Calendar notes from my 5800 to N900. Once its done you can find them in Calendar--Go to Notes.

if you sync the notes, you will sync with the notes application inside the calendar application. This is not the same as the default notes application programs menu. But that could be a way of syncing the notes.

If you copy the .txt notes to the MyDocs directory you can probably open the notes in the default notes application too.

You could also try to reformat the notes to the format used by the n900 notes application, it is a simple xml structure, that a small python script could easily do. That way you would keep any formatting.

You could also try an alternative notes/text-editor/wiki program like Conboy, leafpad or Zim.
