N900 Apps not opening
Ok, so thing is, I was downloading some apps today in this order :
1. Brain Party 2. Crochik GeePS 3. CrazyParking 4. BurgerSpace 5. GBoggle and a few more All the above named ones worked for me. So after playing these games I uninstalled the ones which were not working. Then I tried to open BurgerSpace and the program just loads a bit then stops and returns to the home screen. This happened to this and a few apps which were already installed like 1. thembloodyducks 2. Gweled 3. vuvuzela 4. Maesynth :( Typing "thembloodyducks" on xterm gives this : error while loading shared libraries: libmi kmod.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or d irectory while typing any other program says 'not found'. Please help me in simple language :o . Thanks, in advance |
Re: N900 Apps not opening
simplest way - remove and re-install any apps which dont work should fix it.
or you could try fixing the missing dependencies, try an apt-get install *whatever the log says ur missing* |
Re: N900 Apps not opening
Are you sure it says just "libmi"?
try in terminal (if you already have rootsh): sudo apt-get install --reinstall maesynth or root apt-get install --reinstall maesynth and see if it works. If not, you will have to say exactly what it says that is missing. |
Re: N900 Apps not opening
Removing and re-installing them did not work.
I did this root apt-get install --reinstall maesynth Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree reading state information...
