I recall an issue with the version floating around concerning hardware acceleration not being implemented. I suspect this is that version.... and we all know that flash is a wopping resource hog at the best of times....

Love to be wrong...

This is the one with the red bar on top, and which for some people crashes when you try to interact with the Flash elements on the page. The file size is exactly the same down to the byte, so there's almost no chance it's a different version.

It's "legitimate", but that doesn't necessarily mean it will run well for you.
