am I wrong??? tell me that I'm wrong and I'm missing the some app to enable dial tone, I desperatly need dial tone to call a customer service and navigate the ivr is impossible withouth dialtone?!?!!?

Press the "keypad" -button while on a call. That'll give you a touchtone keypad.

yes, while i'm listening to the ivr I press the keypad to see the keys... then i have to choose es. 2 to talk with the customer service and... nothing happen, the ivr continue to ask me to choose a number...
