Enabling live traffic in Sygic Mobile Maps 10

I've logged in and enabled online services but the "traffic" button remains grayed out. Does this work for any other users in the USA? Or maybe it's just not available in the US, can users from other countries chime in?

works here in the UK.well when I can get a reliable data connection anyway.

I believe it's just not available for users in the US.
