Ringtone not working
 

The phone does not make any sound at all when someone calls!
I have reset the firm settings and software two times today, and still no ringtone.

Is this a known issue? It just stopped working last week, and it is really annoying to miss all incoming calls...

(Yes. the profile is set to general - the volume on full level - and all the dummie-stuff checked. SMS/E-mail and any other notification sounds are working normally.)

I don't know if is your case but i install mycontacs, then uninstalled and have no ringtone.

Have to put again my personal ringtone and resolve the issue.
