Latest Psx4m-gui 0.4-6.11 error

I am getting always error that unable to install psx4m-gui installation file corrupted!!! Please fix that problem and similar problem with psx4m-dbg 0.4.5-5 unable to install.... :(

I had the size mismatch error in apt-get so I simply downloaded the deb manually and installed it with dpkg -i *.deb

Could you elaborate a little bit on how to do that exactly...? I'm not too familiar with manually installing debs... And my error is:
