charge while pluged "TV out"

so do anybody of you have similar problem, or it is just impossible?
i seems that i can't charge phone, while have plugged in "TV out" cable.... :confused:

next plug in the TV cable and then the power cable, this will show you how the phone is reacting to the connections.

mine works fine with both plugged in

it would be pretty pointless having the tv out function if you cant charge at the same time!!!
