Access in internet trought bluetooth

I read that using the Nokia Tablet N 770 is possible to configure bluetooth and access in internet : and that using "XTerm" and than "hcitool scan".

Is any procedure to access internet having Nokia N 800 (Operative System 07) ?
If yes what is it?
