How can I contribute?
 

Hi, I am a web developer with good knowledge about html, css, javascript, php, mysql with Linux being my development platform. I was wondering if I can help the maemo community with my current knowledge set. I wish there was a way to write native apps using html, css & javascript :( .

maybe you take a look at the modding project for nokia maps i read that it is built on html and javascript.

QML is quite similar to JS (or CSS?), or at least that's what I think.
Have a look at the docs, you can make lots of awesome applications with QML
