cant install scratchbox
I just (its actually hours ago) set up an Ubuntu 10.10 64bit System on VirtualBox ....
Now I try for hours to install scratchbox because I want to do some newbe-tests with my n800 (OS2008 - Diablo) (Actually I want to compile evrouter for it) Which is the easiest way to do so? Thanks for your help - and off course I know I could find thousands of ideas using the search funtion - but this is exactly the problem: I have no idea where to start ... So please help me... |

and since you have 64bit version of ubuntu, check out http://wiki.maemo.org/Documentation/...-based_systems and Limitations you'll probably run on... http://wiki.maemo.org/Documentation/..._of_Scratchbox |
Re: cant install scratchbox
thanks for the quick answer.
Your linked to "Maemo 5 SDK". I thought I need Maemo 4 SDK, since I have got a N800 with Diablo on it. Am I wrong? The newest version of scratchbox doesn't seem to have problems with VDSO32-Support enabled. Right? Is it possible to install the newest scratchbox-version PLUS Maemo4-devkit and stuff? what would you suggest? |

I installed the maemo4 target and was able to build and upload packages for the diablo extras repository. (connectagram and mgcal) Nicolai |
Re: cant install scratchbox
ok, so I'll try this, when I'm at home!
By the way: Will it be hard to compile evrouter for Maemo4? |
