Kernel driver for battery charging

As we know, battery charing is done by proprietary BME. There exists bash script http://enivax.net/jk/n900/charge21.sh.txt too.

I found kernel driver bq2415x_charger which may support N900 HW charging chip bq24150. Have anybody some information about this driver?

I'm nt sure it's needed, really - all we have to do is set a couple registers on the chip(charging voltage, mA) and poke the watchdog every 30s or so... Not exactly a big deal.
