Flashing the n900 firmware
1 Attachment(s)
I am not sure what I did, but I recently restarted my n900 and it got stuck in a boot loop. It will vibrate, show the NOKIA sign, go blank and then repeat the cycle:eek:. To correct the problem, I tried flashing the firmware but can't seem to get past the "Program Files\maemo\flasher 3.5" command prompt. Maybe someone can help me get past this point? I really need to get my n900 up and running again:confused:. Here is a picture of how far I go with flashing the machine:

This is the command I used. There was an attempt to flash, but then it returned to the flasher prompt with the cursor constantly blinking at the end |

Re: Flashing the n900 firmware
If it is 64bit Windows (Vista or Windows 7) then flasher does not work.
