Not fully au fait with the features of ExtGPS, but i assume you want the N900 to act as a Bluetooth GPS unit for your laptop/etc?

Re: any prog in maemo like extgps in Symbian
Does the iPad even support external bluetooth GPS units? I assume you'll plan to jailbreak it first?
Columbus works fine, but I think your problem is going to be in trying to get the iPad to connect to it. The available apps (BTStack GPS and/or RoqyBT) seem to have some compatibility isues with certain GPS units Good luck... :) |
