brctl and ipip command not working
 

hey can anyone plz tell me how can get tis "brctl" and the "ipip" command working on the n900???? plz guys let me knw as soon asap i need it for my prjct. i have my prjct presentation on 19th april nedd to finish it b4 tat.plz lemme knw how can i get these commands working...
