(HELP) N900 not recogonized in Computer :(
whenever i connected my N900 to my computer it asks for Mass storage mode & PC suite mode , and when i connect it with Mass storage mode it keep on saying " Unable to connect via USB , Device storage is in use "
I tried to connect with 3 computer and got the same result but the phone is getting charging when the USB is plugged in... Plz tell me how to solve this without flashing |

use Winscp to connect it via wifi.

are you currently running any applications which use the MyDocs-memory?
for example the music player-widget? Could be that the media-player tracker is running. wait for a while and try again. You can check whether or not something is using MyDocs by opening X-terminal and entering: Code:
lsof | grep MyDocs Enjoy! and good luck :) |

Happened to me once, that time i remember i had kept the usb cable plugged in the comp and had restarted the machine. It worked ! .. but then if i unplugged and replugged i used to get the same error..
Try rebooting ur pc with the cable plugged in ! |

And while your at it, reboot the phone too. Btw, did you know that that command i gave you is case-sensitive?

if it isnt that your MyDocs is in use, i cant think of something else... sorry.
Have you tried rebooting everything? Is the only easy step i can come up with ... But you probably allready did that... Good luck anyway.. |
