i can't set my n900 tofactory defaults or hard reset it
 

Hello,

i tried to set my N900 back to factory defaults use this wiki http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_f...MC_in_the_N900

i flashed with vanilla image remove battery flash combined image.
And then teh problem begins rootfs has 56% used like befor flashing.The device lock code isnt the default.

Can anyone help to bring my n900 really back to factory defaults.

What exactly defaults you want? If you flashed both root and opt, it is default. Lock code is not on disk and can't be reset that way. There is a thread about how to do the lock code.

If you mean settings, there is a menu in the settings app. Though if you don't have defaults by now you didn't flash it (right). Also, remove battery? Flash both filesystems in one go, no removing needed.

flasher -F moof.bin -f
