sms characters
 

Hello...
Does anybody know how to change encoding for SMS to "reduced support"?
If I use any accent, it takes lots of characters...

for example... this word: "limitações" takes 100 characters....

What can I do to change this?

same problem on mine, all the áéíóú takes a lot of characters...

Is it possible to configure the keys so I could insert chars without that menu?

After all you can write "limitacoes" :)

I have the same very problem when writing in Spanish, all acute accents on vowels use up A LOT of characters, except é, for some strange reason.

I was sending my father the coordinates of his car, and copypasted ° from the web into the message. It made the message take up several times more characters, so I ended up sending the message without it.
